We're too hard on ourselves sometimes;
when we don't do something as well as we wanted, it's easy to get discouraged.
If we have time to consistently beat ourselves up about our "failures", we have time for improvement.
A failure/ mistake is only a failure/ mistake if you don't take something from it.
You wont morph into the person you want to be.
"you become who you want to be, by consistently being the person you want to be."
